I'm a design researcher with seven years of design and research experience spanning across industry and academia. I’m currently relocating to the UK after wrapping up my PhD as part of the Materialising Memories research programme, where I investigated how designers can create products with personal meaning for their users.
With a background in Industrial Design, I started out interning at Vert Design and went on to work as a designer at point-of-sale design consultancy Pop This for four years. During this time I worked with a range of global retail brands including Revlon, Unilever, Energizer and Nude by Nature.
As a side passion, I have taught design at the University of Technology Sydney for the past five years in courses related to emotional design, design research, user-centred design, interaction design and sustainability.
My creative approach is to focus deeply on the individual to create design solutions that resonate with our shared humanity.
